DELIVERY INFORMATION

Wilde Folk Jewellery is a one-person-show, which means some items are in stock and some items are made to order.

Jewellery that is in stock may be shipped in just a couple of days, however some items need making especially for you and can take approximately 1-3 weeks to make before they are posted. Made-to-order items have their lead-times noted in the description but please feel free to pop me a message and ask if you're unsure or your order is urgent.

Please be aware that choosing Royal Mail Special Delivery doesn't mean your item will be dispatched the next day, it will be dispatched at as usual time as noted above, but this option is fully insured and will be delivered the following working day after posting.

All items are shipped with Royal Mail.

Missing Post
Please note that if your order goes missing in the post and you didn't choose the insured option, I won't be able to replace or refund your order. If your order is delayed please get in touch and I'll do my best to track it down for you.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

My items are hand-made pieces of jewellery and are to be handled with care. I will not be able to accept responsibility for breakages due to heavy handling, however if you do encounter a problem please contact me within 14 days of receipt and I will try to resolve it as best as I can.

Returns for buyers remorse or incorrect sizing are also not accepted. Please make sure you’re confident of your ring size before ordering.

Earrings, sale items and custom orders are non-returnable.

If you have a problem with your order please notify me using the contact form or at hello@wildefolk.co.uk quoting your order number.

The item must be returned within 14 days of a return being agreed, to comply with the UK standard return/refund laws. All returns must be in an unworn, brand new condition and in it’s original packaging.

Returns are at your own expense & recorded/special delivery is recommended.

Postage is non-refundable.
