CUSTOM ORDERS
Do you have a custom jewellery request? If you've dreamed up a beautiful idea you want to bring to life or have a special occasion you want the perfect piece of jewellery for, I'd love to make that happen for you!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Send me your ideas! You can either use the contact page or email me at hello@wildefolk.co.uk Please include your:
- Budget
- Deadline
- Size
- Inspiration/reference pictures or links to Pinterest boards (I won't copy another jewellers work but this helps me to visualise what your style is)
- I'll let you know if I can do it, if any tweaks need to be made, and a timescale.
- If you want to go ahead, I'll send you an invoice containing payment information and terms & conditions.
- A non-refundable 50% deposit will need to be paid before I purchase any materials or begin making your order. If you have a tight deadline it's important that you pay this as soon as possible to avoid delays.
- Once I've completed your piece I'll let you know and send photos. You'll then have 14 days to pay the balance of your invoice before I send it to you!
FAQ'S
Do I have to go ahead with my idea once Iβve emailed you?
No of course not! All enquiries are completely no-obligation!
What if I change my mind once youβve made it?
Thatβs why you pay a non-refundable deposit. If you change your mind at the last minute then I may have lost the time Iβve spent designing and making your piece, but your deposit has paid for the materials so Iβm not out of pocket.
Can I have a payment plan?
This depends on the cost of the piece and how long you wish to spread the payments over and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, but it doesnβt hurt to ask!
How long does my quote last?
Due to the recent instability in the precious metals market, quotes are only valid for 7 days. If you're not able to pay your deposit in this timeframe, the quote will unfortunately need to be recalculated.
A POLITE REQUEST:
Please only join the email waiting list for custom orders when you are fully ready to engage.
I work through the wait list in chronological order so ghosting me just means I could be working on someone else's custom piece instead of waiting for your reply.
If I donβt hear back from you within 2 weeks of contact, whether thatβs me letting you know βhey itβs your turnβ or sending your invoice, you will be bumped down the list to accommodate somebody else.
